Delete your account

In the app

1. Open WhenBy and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@whenby.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Business owners

If you own a business on WhenBy, email support@whenby.app from your sign-in address. We close the business and cancel its future bookings, so its clients are told, then delete your account.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your sign-in, your name, email and phone, your devices and notification settings, and the addresses on your bookings.
• Your future bookings are cancelled and the businesses are told.
• Kept by each business: the record of past visits it needs for its own accounts, with your name removed on our side.
