Bookings
To change or cancel a booking, open the WhenBy app, go to Bookings and pick the booking. After the business’s cancellation cutoff, contact the business directly: its page shows how.
Your business
Owners manage services, hours and their plan in Business Mode. Questions about billing or your plan go to the address above.
Your account and data
In the app, Account → Download my data shows everything we hold about you. To delete your account, see Delete your account.
Report a business
If a business page breaks the rules or looks wrong, email us its link and what you saw.
